LV Chair Yoga to Hold a Teacher Training Certification at the Texas State January 2014

Tracey Eccleston, Co-Director, will conduct a LV Chair Yoga Teacher Training Certification at Texas State in San Marcos, TX January 9-12, 2014. The program prepares participants to teach chair yoga classes emphasizing senior and disabled fitness.
