Lakshmi Voelker to Hold a Chair Yoga Teacher Training Certification at the NY Open Cent

Lakshmi Voelker and co-director, Tracey Eccleston, will conduct a LV Chair Yoga Teacher Training Certification at the NY Open Center. The program prepares participants to teach chair yoga classes with an emphasis on senior and disabled fitness.
